I traded my old car in to them for a older 98 Jeep Wrangler TJ that one of the sales people there said was a friend of his that just traded it to them. Let me say that this was my first time ever dealing with a dealership for any kind of vehicle purchase and it has been one of the worst experiences to ever happen to me. DO NOT TRUST these people they are professional liars and crooks, and I don't even know where to begin with everything wrong they have done to me. They will tell you if you inquire that they run every vehicle through a pre-sale inspection and used vehicles sometimes twice this is flat out not true. My co-worker asked the online manager to send him a copy of this checklist which we received and I can tell that this Jeep I bought never had any of this done to it, nor did my paperwork feature this checklist. They sold it to me with a ripped soft top, engine that was being held in by one bolt on the motor mounts, clutch that went out before I could even put a thousand miles on it, AC compressor assembly had been completely cut out, and also the infamous Jeep death wobble. I've had to put almost $2000 into it before I have even made the first payment on it and on top of that they never sent the payoff for my old vehicle to the credit union that financed my old car. I thought everything had been taken care of until I get a phone call saying I'm late on my payment for my last car, that's when the fun really started with this group. I called the Service manager who insured me he would call me back to let me know the progress on my loan payoff and never did, then I got pissed off and made multiple attempts to reach the General manager and when I finally did he told me the same thing that he would call me right back and let me know and he never did either. They do not care about customer service all they want is your money and as soon as they have it, that's it, they won't help you with anything else. My family have bought two vehicles from them in the past and now they swear to never again, I was even going to send two other family members to their dealership but now I wouldn't even send my biggest enemy to them. I wouldn't even let them change a light bulb at this point. When Ben Atkinson owned it I heard it was never like this but now this is a totally different place. Other people have left negative reviews about them in the past and said they were contacted about the review, I hope they will contact me I have a lot to say to them.

Took my truck in for an alignment. Said it'd be 30-40 mins. I said good, I was on my way to work and couldn't be late. After an hour 20 mins I walked around to find my truck on the rack and no mechanic. I ask the manager of they were finished. He said "oh you need lower ball joints" So you haven't touched my truck and haven't bothered to tell me? Plus I was late for work. Very unprofessional! Took elsewhere, said I did NOT need ball joints. Got it aligned at Goodyear. Tallassee Auto tried to sell me parts I didn't need. Bad,bad,bad!
