I have been to this place 3 times and they have only charged me once. Like today, the last time they didn't make me pay they said there wasn't much to what they had to do. Also when I go in I sit on my phone and usually play solitaire but I hear everything that's going on around me; I am amazed by what I hear they are doing for other people. One of the things I heard them do for a customer today was they went the extra mile and washed one of the vehicles that a customer brought them that had been apparently sitting up for a while. The same individual had brought their vehicle in for numerous other things because of how long it had been sitting. There was a discussion about whether the oil was changed in the vehicle or not. One mechanic said it had not been done because there was not that many miles on it even though it was over the date of when the sticker apparently said it needed to be changed. A little while later I overheard a phone call to that customer about the oil change saying that another mechanic had informed them that he had infact changed the oil and that they just wanted to give the customer a heads up that it had indeed been done but that there was going to be no additional charge, it was on the house. You could tell by the conversation that the customer was on the other end saying that they would be back to pay for it but Parker's insisted that it would be on the house. Definitely a place with people you can trust.
