Always have a great experience when I wash my cars... really like the new gating system..place is always clean and picked up around not junk laying all over the place..I like the new brush roll-over automatic car was..also the pressure washing is very convenient when washing mud off of my cars wheel wells....I actually spoke to the owner..very nice guy...he seemed to care about his wash & the people that use it...I will definitely be using this wash for the foreseeable future
Absolutely horrible management and facility. My son was just stuck inside their facility. I called the owner many times and was continuasly sent to voice mail. My son originally thought the opening was made of styrofoam. So I advised him to drive through it. Once we figured out that it was made of board, he chose to sit there even longer as I continued calling the owner. The owner finally called me back with the worst tone and attitude I've ever heard in my life. He wouldn't let me speak and only cared about his $300 piece of board that had my son trapped inside his facility. He hung up on me twice and then texted me acting as if I was in the wrong. He should no longer be allowed to have a business license in Tallassee.
Love the pressure and convenience of the place... needs more products and lower the dang prices a little
