Their work is okay, but they never return a phone call and they do not do the work totally to the specs outlined. Their billing is not accurate because they do not keep up with their paperwork or something. We were overcharged and it was so hard to get it straightened out. Our contractor had to finally pay us back. We are still waiting for incorrect work to be corrected - don't know if it ever will be. May have to live with no spigot on the outside faucet (which was not put where the plan showed) and the cold and hot faucet in the shower is backwards. Some sinks were plumbed in the wrong areas and had to be moved.
